How do I care for my cupcakes?

Since our cupcakes are made from all-natural, preservative-free ingredients, it is best to eat them on the same day they are purchased. However, they should still be good the following day if they are stored at room temperature. To preserve freshness, wrap our bakery box in plastic wrap or place your cupcakes in an airtight container.

How long do my cupcakes stay fresh?

We encourage you to enjoy your cupcakes when they are at their freshest, which is on the day of purchase. If you plan to keep your cupcakes longer than 2 days, wrap the bakery box in plastic or store your cupcakes in an airtight container.

Can I order in advance?

If you need cupcakes on the same day that you call us, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we encourage advanced orders as it will ensure that you will get the cupcakes that you want. We recommend at least 48 hours advanced notice. Please allow more time for holidays and large orders.  When placing advanced orders, a credit card is required. Please note- if the cupcakes are not picked up, your credit card will be charged.

If I order in advance, can I order any of your flavors?

Since we offer a variety of cupcake flavors every day, we require a minimum order of 2 dozen if you wish to order a flavor that is not available on the day of your order.

Does Holly’s Cupcake Shop deliver?

No, delivery is not available at this time.

Do you ship your cupcakes by mail?

No, shipping is not available.

Can you do cupcakes for my wedding?

Yes! We do not offer tastings but encourage you to come into our shop to purchase cupcakes to sample at home.

Do all of your cupcakes contain dairy, sugar, and nuts?

We do bake with flour, dairy, sugar, pecans, and walnuts on our premises, so we do not recommend our cupcakes for those with severe allergies to these ingredients.

Do you offer sugar-free or gluten-free cupcakes?

Yes, we do offer a Gluten-Free Red Velvet cupcake every day.
